Mikko - bass

Rock band Starlevel's live shoot. I like how these turned out; in some strange way they show the personality of the musician in an honest way.

I love the candid-ness of this. Also, with the angle and the lighting it's quite a nice picture. I like how it's sort of just caught in the middle of an action.
Thank you very much, I'm glad my lurking in the dark with my camera paid off .)

Haha, yeah, I'm always afraid people are going to think I'm creepy when I do that. ;p
People usually start looking me in a funny way when I try to capture candid photos. One way to avoid that is a LONG tele zoom (I used here a 70-200mm) and an angle finder. When using an angle finder it's surprising how differently people react to being photographed. That way I look my subjects indirectly and the subjects are less nervous when the photographer isn't staring straight at them. Really handy ,)

Thanks! It's surprisingly easy with a good lens (I borrowed mine from my school).

Ah, nice! I'll have to consider that if I ever decide to get a bit more seriously into photography.
great shot!

Pictures everywhere. On paper, in the eyes, in frames, inside the soul. Moments frozen in time. Forever they will last. Do not believe. Do not believe.
Thanks a lot ! : ) I'm glad you liked it !

Never mind the brand of the camera; you can still suck as a photographer!
