Spring, the Robin Hood of nature. It's making the groundwork for the upcoming summer, returning the leaves that winter once took - during the night so that winter wouldn't notice.
 Whoa! Today I realized that it's almost summer again! I can actually wear a plain shirt outside without freezing to death and the sun is shining on a clear sky - what a feeling! Somehow I feel that the change has happened really quick, almost overnight. Info I used here a set of my own custom brushes; one for the grass, one for the leaves and two watercolor-type brushes for everything else. What I did was that I smudged some ink on a basic plain white copy paper, scanned the result and converted some of the smudges into custom brushes. Sorry I had the wrong color profile set up first and the initial version looked cyan/green. This is the more correct blue one  |

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
