Thirty–Second Love Songs is a surreal animated short film contemplating the earthly issues of a divided family. Instructions found from tree pruning guides were recontextualized in the film, revealing parallels between people and trees. Sometimes, the way trees grow — or how we wish they would — is ultimately not so dissimilar to the expectations we place upon our closest ones.
